拒絕別人真的很容易...因為只要一直說no就行了.....
It's always easy to turn down someone else . The only thing you need to do is to say " no ".
但是要說yes就不簡單了....
But it's not the way works to say " yes" !
因為說了yes之後，相對地伴隨而來的是責任、義務...
Once you said "yes" , you have to accept the responsibility and obligence afterwhile.
一想到要承擔說了yes之後的工作份量、壓力....結果就一直拒絕別人...
Thinking of that, we started to reject others.
但是我們會不會也忘了....所有的美好也從說了yes開始
But it looks like we also forget that beautiful things also come from saying "yes" !
只有當你接受了工作、感情....你才能開始踏足新的世界
Only when you said "yes" , you can begin exploring the new world.
也許接下來會有很多的困難跟挑戰...但是相對的...克服困難後的甜美果實才會出現
Maybe there will be lots of difficult and challenge. On the contrary, the sweet fruit appears.
要跑步之前...總是會想著跑步好累、走到操場好遠
Before we start to jog, we have many excuses to run away .
可是一旦開始跑起來之後...剛剛想的事情都忘了....
But once we begin running , the worries will be gone.
剩下的只是跑完全程的意念而已...當然....
The only thing remained is the idea "run run run ". In the other way...
不去跑步就不會看到旁邊三歲的小朋友被球追著跑的可愛挫樣
You can't see the little 3-years-old child , being chased by his ball, if you don't start to run.
也不會看到小學生們在操場中間激烈地討論要玩躲避球還是捉迷藏...好像這是他們一生中最重要的決定
Can't see the junior high students' hot discussion about wheher to play dodge ball or to play high-and-seek
, seems like it's the most important decision in their life.
不會看見老奶奶推著老爺爺的輪椅出來曬太陽的感人畫面
And you won't meet the grandma , push the grandpa's wheelchair , in the morning.
很多事情.........不開始行動 不給自己說yes的機會....
You can't know what you will see if you don't give yourself a chance to say "yes".
永遠不知道會有什麼事發生
別再害怕了......跟自己說句 yes....然後穿上步鞋向新的人生奔跑吧！
So, don't be afraid. Say "yes" to yourself, and put on your shoes to run.
